“Vin moved to Eliot Maine, he had a lot of property there I think it was 72 acres.  The house was part of the "underground railroad"  The house and barn (oldest in the state with a basement) are historical landmarks.” “Vin never had children.  His wife was Elaine Goodhue (as my mother would say ‘of the Goodhue's of Maine’)  She was from a very wealthy and political family.” Kristine
