2014 “Louise Cataldo of Bridgewater, Mass”

“Louise (Gabriele) Cataldo, age 91, of Brockton, died March 1, 2015, at Baypointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a period of failing health. She was the loving wife for 67 years of the late Nicholas T. Cataldo. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Frank P. and Emeilia (Feroli) Gabriele. Louise was a graduate of Brockton High School and for many years owned her own hairdressing salon in Brockton. She met and made many friends throughout the country, and for many years she and her husband enjoyed winters in Florida. She also enjoyed bus trips to Foxwoods, travel, fine dining, dancing and music. Louise is survived by a brother, Frank Gabriele of Plymouth; a sister, Rose Gabriele of Brockton; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Lena Oriola, Ida Hyder, Alba DAntono, Jenny Gothage and Anthony Gabriele. Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123), Brockton, Wednesday 4-7 p.m. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home Thursday at 8 a.m. for a funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9 a.m. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery”
