“Changed name after coming to America from Italy to Charles Leon Moruzzi. Was attending school for the priesthood in Italy, and did not accompany his Mother to America in 1911. He stayed with his Aunt Rugo in Campone. During World War I his Grandmother and he were captured and became prisoners of war, as Campone is on the Austrian border.”
