1930 Census has him unmarried and renting an apartment with 3 other people at 5 Haviland Street in the Fenway section of Boston. His occupation is construction foreman. He is also listed with the Guido Rugo family at 329 Eliot Street, Milton in a 1930 directory.
1931 directory shows him at 7 Woodfield Street in Dorchester.
1932 and 1933 directories show 56 Pleasant Hill Avenue, Dorchester.
1936 and 1938 directories also show Letitia at 56 Pleasant Hill Avenue.
1939, 1943 and 1944 directories show 36 Haviland Road, Roslindale.
1945 directory shows them in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Father’s obituary in Milton Record, 28 Nov. 1942, says that Leonard is living in West Roxbury.
1953 directory shows him as president and treasurer of Rugo Construction Co., Inc, at 30 Huntington Avenue, Room 605, living in Wellesley Hills.

One of several residence halls built after the 1968 Master Plan, it was named for Bertrand R. Canfield, long-time Babson faculty member and former Director of Alumni Affairs. The architect was Leonard Rugo, Inc. The building cost $1,285,000 and was dedicated October 2, 1971.
