Naturalized on January 15, 1906 at US District Court, Boston. Then living in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Name given as Bortolo Ferroli, says he was born 24 August 1860 in Udine, Italy. First came to the US in April 1891. through New York. Lived in Chicago for 2 years, Boston for 8 years and Bridgewater for 3 years. He is married and woking as a farmer. Witnesses to his petition were Antony Varnerin of 297 Norfolk Avenue, Dorchester a 34 year old mason / contractor who said he had known him as a neighbor since 1894 and that Bortolo had resided at 281 Norfolk Avenue at that time. Also John Ferroli of 283 Norfolk Avenue, a 27 year old stone mason who said that Bortolo was his uncle. Both witnesses were citizens.
