Unable to find birth record at Massachusetts State Archives. Her first child’s birth record says that she was born in “Bose”?, New Hampshire. There doesn’t seem to be such a place (maybe Bow, NH?) and numerous other records say that she was born in Boston, but maybe not.

Marriage record: Barry, Mary A., Boston, 1880, Vol. 318, Page 194, Marriage - Age 20, born in Boston, parents are John and Mary C., Husband is age 25 (should be 23 - handwriting is clear), a compositor, born in St. John, New Brunswick to Hugh and Bridget. First marriage for both. Married by W. J. Corcoran.
